Cruella De Vil : Halloween 17'

"Nobody loves you, Everybody hates you, Cruella De Vil ...You are a Monster, Nothing but a Monster, Cruella De Vil...You are mean, through and through, Everyone says Phewy and Youuu, Creulla De Vil!" (Lyrics by Mel Levin) Happy Halloween Everybody ! This Halloween, I decided to be one of Disney's Villains, Cruella De Vil. This costume idea was super hard to put together. I honestly thought, I was not going to pull it off; but towards the end, everything started to come together. My Wig, Cigarette holder, red satin gloves, and fake cigarette were all bought off of Amazon.com. My large gold earrings were from Chico's and red stone ring was from my mothers jewelry drawer. Hahaha. My Red paten leather heels were from DSW Shoes, and my sheer polka dot tights were from Express. My black satin dress was from Victoria Secret. Now someone very special to me found the fur coat I am wearing from Savers for only $14.99!!!! What a Deal! I then went to Joannes and purchased red satin fabric to complete the Cruella De Vil fur jacket look. I was trying to aim for the old school Cruella De Vil look from the cartoon movie, 101 Dalmatians. I then went home and cut the red satin fabric and used fabric glue to glue over the gold satin lining inside of the fur jacket. And lo and behold I actually ended up nailing the outfit part of it.
Now lets get to the key ingredient part of the whole entire look; my make up, which made my outfit come all together. Probably one of the best, and most talented make up artists I've ever worked with, Laura Bell did an amazing job on my Cruella De Vil Make up. I honestly love how talented and creative Laura is as well as how she for fills my every make up need!! She made everything that I imagined come to life!

I ended up attending one of my friends Halloween House Warming get together...Congrats to Natalia & Andrew !!

Being Extra In Lynn

Most people hate Mondays, and then there's me...
Hope everyone is having a great Monday morning. Last Saturday I was invited to Boston Fashion Weeks "Voge Fashion Show". And no it's not Vogue...hahaha. I swear, I think I had multiple people ask me that question. So lets rewind back to what happened before I attended the show. I ended up going to take a look at the 15 murals in Downtown Lynn, MA, to photograph my outfit that I wore for the fashion show.
Underneath my jacket I wore a tight taupe short sleeve dress from Forever 21, with olive green slip on sneakers from New York and Company. My olive green choker is from New York and Company. Whats amazing about this dress is the color goes with literally anything, and to top it off its a great item to throw under jackets or vests.
Over the dress I wore an olive green kimono jacket from New York and Company. The jacket has beautiful floral designs with suede all down the trim of the jacket and on the ends of the sleeves. I also, love how the jacket ties to give it that classic look. I paired the look with my nude heels from DSW shoes and my earrings are from Aldo Accessories. I sleeked my hair back into a bun and wore the lipstick Matte color 'Limbo' from Colourpop Cosmetics.
I also made a friend along the way. =) Follow his instagram @
This was such a fun photo shoot and I have to thank my photographer Steven Vasco for helping me make it happen.

Sunflowers To An Abandoned Home

My Friends and I got up early on a Sunday morning to drive back out to Colby Farm, so that we can take more photos inside the sunflower field. Nouhaila and I took a couple more shots of our outfits with our Photographer Salma Kilaouy. My wrap skirt was from Forever 21 for only $12.00!! I wore a Body sleeveless shirt from Forever 21 that cost me $12.00 as well. My brown Booties were from Kenneth cole, and my dark wash jean button down shirt was from Banana Republic Factory Store. I wore the jean shirt as a jacket, and tied the bottom to give my outfit a little bit of a pop!. My choker is from Nordstrom and my Triangle Gold hoop earrings are from Aldo Accessories. My Sunglasses are by Raybans. My braids were done at a salon called First Lady Braiding Hair Salon.
We then hopped back into Nouhaila's car and started to drive towards the beach in Newbury, Ma. On our way to the beach we saw an old abandoned pink house. I told the girls to stop, because I thought it would be another great photo session. Something we have never done. Also, our outfits went really well with the color contrasts of the house and greenery around it.
